With some of the best purchase terms in Mazatlan, Boardwalk Residences offers investment confidence to its clients. Initial pre-construction earnest money will be held in escrow with First American Title until the official ground breaking.

  • DEPOSIT: $5,000 USD earnest money will hold your chosen condo for 48 hours. If you are not 100% satisfied with your decision, your money will be refunded no questions asked during that 48 hour period
  • 1ST DOWN PAYMENT: Once the sales contract has been reviewed and signed by you a 10% deposit will be required (10% minus the $5,000 earnest money)
  • 2ND DOWN PAYMENT: On ground breaking, 10% will be due
  • 3RD DOWN PAYMENT: When the structure is complete (approx. 12 months after ground breaking), the next payment of 20% will be required
  • BALANCE: Upon completion and your satisfactory inspection of your condo the balance 60% will be required in order to close the transaction
  • MORTGAGE OPTION: The Boardwalk Residences sales agent, Invest Mazatlan, can assist you in obtaining a US dollar mortgage for the 60% closing balance through a trusted North American bank
  • CASH OPTION: For those wishing to obtain a cash discount there will be a limited time opportunity to receive a discount for payment in full within 90 days
