Location

Boardwalk Residences is found on Mazatlan's famous Malecon. The site is located only a short distance from Mazatlan's Old Town and the non-stop activity found in the Tourist Zone (Golden Zone). The vistas from every condominium are unobstructed ocean views of the Mazatlan Bay, across the Islands, outward towards the Golden Zone. Easy access to nearly everything is right out the front door.

The Malecon (boardwalk) is one of the longest in Latin America (13 miles long) and it is considered to be one of the longest in the world. Sunsets, incomparable ocean views, and colorful landscapes enjoyed from here make this area one of the most recommended for visitors. Locals and tourists enjoy the Malecon in part due to the excellent restaurants and shopping found here, but mostly because they can walk or exercise freely along secure pathways and along the longest uninterrupted beach in Mazatlan.

On the Malecon, you will also find banks, clinics, discos, bars, restaurants, and hotels. The Malecon is also the stage for some of the most important events in the city. For example, the Great Pacific Marathon, Mazatlan Carnival, Mazatlan Biking Tour, and International Motorcycle Week are some of the events that take place right here.
